Home Care RecruitmentEverycare Cardiff is looking for a new experienced full time permanent Care Co-ordinator.

You should be well versed in the workings of a care office, have an excellent working knowledge of templating, the role of carers and basic regulations pertaining to the domiciliary care industry.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times. You will also possess an excellent, helpful and polite phone manner, no matter the situation. Alongside these qualities, you will be friendly, approachable and flexible.

You will have experience of simple delegation in regards to the carers you will schedule. Experience of successful auditing of service user house files is essential. You will also have an understanding of reporting as a duty of care to your registered manager, and the ability to appropriately log regulatory procedures with the responsible individual. In order to cover the ongoing business needs, you will be trained in providing care cover when sickness arises.

Any gaps in training will be provided however a working knowledge of manual handling, GDPR, H&S, and other up to date industry training is desirable.

Working from 9am through till 5pm, Monday to Friday, breaks will be in line with standard regulations, with one full week in 4 on call; this will be in addition to your basic salary. The flexibility to cover colleagues reciprocally is essential.
