Live in care is becoming a realistic alternative to a nursing or residential home. We currently have a number of vacancies for live in carers.

We adopt a flexible approach to our live in cares rotas. Staff may wish to work 2 weeks on and two weeks off or for longer periods with a week off. We are happy to discuss your individual requirements with you.

Pay rates vary from £600 to £850 per week plus holiday pay.

Whilst transport isn’t essential some clients require a car driver as part of their package may include shopping or trips out. In this instance you will need to be able to drive and we pay a tax free mileage allowance for all mileage undertaken in the course of your work.

Home care staff

We are currently seeking home care staff to work on both a full or part time basis in Rugby and the surrounding area. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

We operate a 24 hour on call service to provide support for all our home care staff and can offer an excellent package which includes holiday pay, TAX FREE MILEAGE, training along with excellent pay rates starting from £10.00 – £16.00 per hour. We also offer significant enhancements for weekend calls and bank holidays.
