Everycare Medway / Swale

Everycare (Medway/Swale) Ltd have been operating for 20 years in the Kent and Medway Area serving the towns of Strood, Rochester,Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham.


Everycare Medway/Swale has been supporting people to remain in their own home and to access the community since July 1995.  We are able to provide bespoke care packages of support from as little as 30 minutes a week to 24-hours a day for 365 days per year.

Choice and Control
We understand that is it important for you to see the same person or to have a dedicated team who supports you.  Our promise is to work in partnership with you and your family promoting choice and control over your care package, work with you to manage your own staff team and be flexible in our floating support to enable you to live life to the full.

Each service user will have the opportunity to meet and interview team members.  You will have the right to choose your own team and then to review this if your team does not meet your requirements.  All service users will have a named support co-ordinator to enable you to address any issues that you may have about your care/support package.

We offer 30 minutes to 24-hour cover and currently have the ability to tailor the timescales to meet your requirements and financial constraints.

Our Staff

Our staff are trained to the highest level and are managed and supervised on a regular basis to ensure standards are being met at all times.

Our Senior Managers have NVQ level 4 and 5 in Management and or Care as well as a range of professional qualifications and in excess of 60 years’ experience. We have extensive training courses running weekly to ensure that our staff are equipped to deal with any diversities they face on a daily basis whether it be sensory, challenging or communication.  All staff are enrolled on to NVQ 2/3 and we presently have over 50% of our staff trained to NVQ level 2 or above.
