Everycare (IOW & Solent) is an island owned and run business offering a true island-wide service. It is owned and operated by David Bean and Jennifer Holford, both residents of Sandown, with Debbie Taylor who as the care manager leads delivery of care. Debbie has over twenty years experience of care delivery, virtually entirely on the island, and has worked as a carer, senior carer, care training manager, deputy care manager and registered care manager. She has also been an NVQ assessor and internal verifier on the island so fully understands what first class care delivery is all about.

We are currently offering quality HCA Auxiliary staff to appropriate care establishments on the island and will also shortly offer Domiciliary Care (Care at Home) services to individuals.

Staffing - How can we help?

From time to time all Hospitals and Nursing/Residential Homes require additional staff. Whether it is a single shift at short notice or a block to cover a period of sickness or maternity leave we can help! We provide quality HCA Auxiliaries and our objective is to provide a reliable, high quality service. To achieve this our HCA's must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant care environment within the UK and go through a rigorous selection procedure which includes an enhanced CRB disclosure and two references before starting work for us.

We also operate a 24 hour on call service for our clients and staff and to ensure that standards are maintained we seek regular feedback from both.
