Everycare (Medway/Swale) Ltd have been operating in the Medway, Swale and surrounding areas since 1995. We are registered with CQC and have a 3-Star Excellenct Rating. Our first CQC report can be viewed on the CQC website.

Domiciliary care services are no longer the main focus of our work as we have moved into much more Specialist areas.

We welcome Direct Payment users as well as block or spot contracts with the Local Authorities, the Health Department or private organizations and private individuals.

• We are working very closely with clients with an Acquired Brain Injury supplying 24 hour cover supporting them in their own homes to lead a full and rewarding life or simply supporting them on a daily basis to attend activities of their choice

• We are supporting clients with a mild Learning Disability and clients with a profound and multiple learning disability either in their own homes, in a residential setting or in day centers.

• We are also supporting clients with Mental Health issues to maintain independence and integrate into society.

• We offer a sitting/sleep in service to families needing respite from the stress and strain of supporting a family member through either recuperation, palliative care or to relieve full time carers needing to recharge their batteries.

Our staff are trained to the highest level.

Our four Senior Managers have NVQ Level 4 in Management and or Care as well as a Diploma in Social Care.

We have extensive training courses running weekly to ensure that our staff are equipped to deal with the challenges they face on a daily basis whether it be Sensory, Challenging or simply communication. All staff are enrolled on to NVQ 2/3 and we are presently in excess of 50% of our staff trained to NVQ level 2 or above.

Everycare (Medway/Swale) Ltd has been accredited with Investors in People since 1996 and were re-accredited in March 2008.
