About Us
Everycare Eastbourne office opened in September 1997 and covers Eastbourne and surrounding areas including Hailsham, Bexhill, Hastings, Seaford and Uckfield*. The office is an Everycare Franchise owned and operated under licence by Andy Taylor and Angela Fuller RN. Along with Nurse Manager Sue Wood RN, Care Manager Susan Hoeppner, Office Manager Louise Craig and Care Supervisor Mrs Tracey Cranch, the team have over 70 years of experience in Nursing, recruitment, training and management.

We are Eastbournes oldest privately owned care company with a reputation built on the highest quality service.
We employ a strict recruitment policy which adheres to all national and local requirements. We require all staff to have had an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check prior to employment and run regular training sessions to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with changes in the industry and with all mandatory training.

Our objective is to provide the highest quality reliable service. We believe in the importance of clients receiving care from regular carers, not a string of different people arriving at different times. We also operate a 24 hour on call service for our clients and staff to provide support to both.

Often we find that a phone conversation will help put people’s minds at rest. It will answer many of your initial questions and it may well be that, as a result of our conversation, we direct you to other more appropriate services. However, should you wish to take matters further, we will be happy to offer you a free; no obligation; home assessment by one of our Qualified Nurses or our Experienced Care Manager.
*Please note that we only supply domiciliary care services in the Eastbourne, Polegate, Hailsham, Pevensey Bay and Friston areas.
Nursing Services
We provide Qualified Nurses and Auxiliaries to Nursing and Residential homes as well as to NHS and Private Hospitals. We have been awarded an excellent rating for our Nursing services by the Care Quality Commission (See our CQC report at http://www.cqc.org.uk/). To ensure that these high standards are maintained we seek regular feedback from both staff and clients. All staff are required to have an enhanced CRB check carried out on them which complies with all current legislation for the supply of staff in Nursing and Residential Homes. All our services are VAT EXEMPT.
Staffing - How can we help?
From time to time all Hospitals and Nursing Homes require additional staff. Whether it is a single shift at short notice or a block to cover a period of sickness or maternity leave we can help!
