I want to arrange care for a member of my family. What should I do?

Most Everycare Offices across the UK provide Domiciliary Care Services. These can range from Domestic Duties to Personal Care. Please see our Regional Offices Section for details of your local branch. In the first place you should contact your local Everycare who will be happy to discuss your requirements and arrange a visit if required.

Are your staff insured?

Yes. Each Everycare Office ensures that they maintain the minimum required levels of insurance covering both public and professional liability.

How do I know that your company and staff are following the correct procedures?

The Care Industry in England and Wales is regulated by CQC and the CSSIW. All Everycare Offices comply with CQC and CSSIW standards and are subject to regular inspection (See our CQC and CSSIW reports at www.cqc.org.uk and http://new.wales.gov.uk )

Every member of staff is required to have a Criminal Records Bureau enhanced level check carried out on them before they commence employment and Everycare carry out regular appraisals with all staff as well as seeking feedback from Service Users, to ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to.
