We have work available in NHS Hospitals, Registered Care Homes (Nursing & Residential), Occupational Health, Private Service Users in the Community and many other settings.

We provide excellent rates of pay with enhancement for special assignments, weekends, nights and bank holidays. We provide 4 weeks paid annual leave as well as a company pension scheme.

Domiciliary/Home Care Assistant Recruitment

Our Health & Social Care Assistants are a very important part of our business. We understand that the needs and personal circumstances of each and every one of our health & social care assistants is different, which is why at Everycare we treat them as individuals and value them accordingly.

We expect our health & social care assistants to possess the excellent inter-personal skills that are such an important part of the provision of domiciliary/home care services.

We operate a flexible work pattern enabling health & social care assistants to choose the shifts that are best for them according to their individual availability, and we provide the full support of a professional Registered Manager.

We provide an excellent basic rate of pay with enhancement for special assignments, weekends, nights and bank holidays. We provide 4 weeks paid annual leave and a tax free mileage allowance to get you to assignments as well as a company pension scheme.

We provide full induction training to all our staff before commencing employment and provide ongoing support and specialist training where required to enable them to build the skills needed to enable them to become an important part of our team.
