Nursing Services

NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals, Care Homes and Individuals

Everycare nursing services are designed to meet the staffing needs of Private Service Users, NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals, Care Homes and Individuals. These services range from the provision of general nurses through a whole range of specialist nurses to heath care assistants.

Our carefully selected staff are chosen not just for their qualifications & skills but also their all round inter-personal skills.

We are committed to the provision of a reliable, consistent service.

We provide a high standard, personalised service through our network of local offices, ensuring that we understand our service users and contractors needs and aim to exceed their expectations. We encourage feedback as part of our quality assurance process.

All our nurses, who are directly employed by Everycare are continually assessed and are provided with ongoing training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date. We do not employ any qualified nurses whop are not registered with the NMC (Nursing Widwifery Council). Our nurses will integrate easily with any team and provide an excellent quality service.

Everycare are experienced at the provision of occupational Health Services to meet the demands of business throughout the UK.

We can assist with all aspects of occupational health staffing from the provision of nurses to the setting up and development of health awareness programmes. Nurses can also be supplied to provide cover at corporate sport events, children's camps and the like.

Our local offices work closely with business to both understand their needs and provide cost effective solutions.

Registered Care Homes

Our experienced team of registered nurses, health care assistants and health & social care assistants are well placed to provide prompt support to registered care home owners. This may range from supporting existing staff to taking full charge of a home.

We provide a high standard, personalised service through our network of local offices. All our staff who are directly employed by Everycare are continually assessed and are provided with ongoing training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date. We encourage feedback from our service users and contractors as part of our quality assurance process.

We work with owners to understand their requirements and to ensure that staffing needs can be dealt with quickly, efficiently and with the minimum disruption to the residents of the home.

One To One Nursing

Whether your needs are for one hour of home nursing or 24 hour a day live in nursing in your own home, we can provide a service to meet your needs.

Our nursing services are provided by fully qualified and experienced nurses. Our provision of full nursing care includes such duties as administering medication, dealing with ventilators, changing dressings and liaison with GP's as necessary.

With a full team of care professionals available to them our local offices provide a flexible service that can seamlessly adapt to your changing needs.

Domiciliary/Home Care Services

The Everycare service is designed to provide a comprehensive and flexible range of domiciliary/home care services.

Everycare services enable dependant people, with health & social care needs to live at home with security and peace of mind.

We can provide tailor made personal care and ancillary services. These can be mixed and matched as and when care needs change.

We are happy to supply health & social care assistants with transport as companions for hospital visits, social activities and holidays at home or abroad.

We appreciate the importance of a service user and health & social care assistant relationship and will therefore make every effort to provide continuity by sending the same members of staff to those needing support on a regular basis.

Our experienced Health & Social Care Assistants are fully trained in the duties associated with providing personal care such as washing and dressing, and can assist with domestic duties and meal preparation.

The service is designed to be flexible and care can be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. No matter how big or small your care requirement is Everycare will meet it.

Night sitting or sleep in service

These services are designed to meet the needs of service users who do not necessarily require constant care, but are reassured by the presence of someone in the home in case a need should arise.

Our staff will either be awake and on duty all night to attend to any needs or be sleeping; but on call during the night. In some circumstances, in the morning, they will assist with washing and dressing, preparing breakfast and organising the day ahead.

Depending on the level of care required this service can be carried out by a registered nurse, health care assistant, support worker or one of our health & social care assistants.

24 Hour Care Provided By a Residential Health & Social Care Worker

Whether recovering from major surgery, illness or becoming more frail from time to time the need arises for full time health & social care which many people want to receive in their own home.

Our residential staff live in the service user's home providing full time health & social care throughout the day and on call service at night. This service can be arranged on a long or short term basis.

The provision of full time health & social care in the home calls for well trained professional sensitive health & social care workers. Our staff are carefully selected and regularly assessed. We encourage feedback from contractors, service user and their families to ensure that our service meets their needs.
