Everycare (Medway/Swale) Ltd have been operating for 25 years in the Kent and Medway area serving the towns of Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham. We supply home care services, supporting people to lead independent lives in their own home.

Everycare Medway/Swale has been changing lives in Medway since 1995 and is owned and managed by Judy Patterson and her team lead by Area Manager Richard Tutt. We are able to provide bespoke care packages of support from as little as 2 hours a week to 24-hours a day for 365 days per year.

You choose the care you need.

Our promise is to ‘start with you’. We take the time to understand what matters to you and your family and we put together a package that allows you to live life to the full.  You will be assigned a care support co-ordinator who will be your central point of contact. Your day to day carers will be selected for their professional and personal attributes; in many cases you will have the opportunity to meet the team before they start to visit you. Wherever possible you will see the same person so you can get to know and develop a relationship with them. We will tailor your care package to meet your requirements and financial situation.

Who do we work with?

Everycare Medway/Swale has built a reputation for providing expert care for:

• People with dementia

• Elderly Generation

• From hospital to home rehabilitation services

We also work with many older people providing a range of care services to help them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. We may be the main point of care or  we will work to support family and friend networks.

Everycare Medway Swale is also able to offer a ‘hospital to home rehabilitation service’ where we help people as they return to their own home following a hospital stay. This is often a short term service but it can be essential to help an individual build strength and confidence and regain independent living.

We can provide live in care to people who need 24 hour support.

We are really proud of our team, they are trained to the highest levels and managed and supervised to ensure our high standards are met, but more than this they are really kind, compassionate professionals.

All our senior managers have NVQ level 4 and 5 in management and/or care.

We run on-going training for all of our staff focusing on ensuring that all our staff are equipped to deal with any issues they may face.

Over 50% of our staff are enrolled to NVQ 2 or above.
