The organisation consists of a regional network of independently owned Everycare branches throughout England & Wales, operating under the guidance of its Head Office in Cardiff.

In addition to Everycare's rigorous recruitment and selection programme, comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment is a main focus for the organisation to ensure quality standards are continuously met. Each Everycare branch has successfully been assessed and has achieved registration with the health & social care regulatory and inspectorate bodies; Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW) and/or Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
