Our objective is to provide the highest quality reliable service. We believe in the importance of clients receiving care from regular staff, not a string of different people arriving at different times. So we have a dedicated team for each client that is appropriate for the amount of care needed. This team normally provides the cover when there are staff absences due to leave or sickness. We also operate a 24 hour on call service for our clients and staff to provide support to both. So if a staff member fails to arrive we have someone immediately available to arrange a replacement.
