Eastbourne Franchisee celebrates 10 years in business.
Everycare Eastbourne is owned and operated by Angela Fuller RN and Andy Taylor. Angela had previously worked as a District Nurse and took on the day to day role of running the business along with Office Manager, Louise Craig. Andy with his sales and management background provided the financial knowledge to set up the business and deals predominantly with the accounting and marketing aspects. They recently celebrated their 10th anniversary! This article appeared in their local paper.

Everycare, Eastbourne’s longest established Nursing Agency celebrates 10 years in business this week. ‘I can’t believe that it’s ten years since we first opened’ said Angela Fuller RN Everycares proprietor. ‘Although it's been hard work I've enjoyed the challenge’
So after ten years in business what is the secret of their success? ‘We pride ourselves on offering a high quality, personal service to our private clients, nursing homes and the NHS’ said Angela ‘Many of our customers have been with us for most of that ten years which I think says a lot about the quality of service we offer. Louise Craig, our office Manager, has been with us since we opened and Leanna Richardson who was our first Home Carer is still with us ten years on. We also we provide a 24 hour on call service to support both clients and staff with access to a Qualified Nurse at all times’.
And what about the problems? There must have been a few of those? ‘Of course there are problems as there are with any business but our good relationship with our staff and clients enable us to deal with any problems as they arise. Good communication is paramount and Everycare's excellent team of office staff endeavour to keep this a top priority'.
'Our Care and Nursing staff are hand picked and through their reliability and high standards of care we can provide a service to be very proud of''
So where will the business be in another ten years? ‘Well we have just signed a new 10 year franchise agreement so hopefully still here’ says Angela. And would you do it all again? ‘Yes, but only as a franchise. Their support in the early days was vital to the success of the business and our franchisor keeps us up to date on changes in legislation and the market through regular franchise meetings, by phone and email. These things can be so time consuming and take you away from the core business, delivering a quality service’
So it’s congratulations to Everycare on 10 successful years and good luck with the next 10!!
