Everycare Rugby One Year On

Everycare Rugby has now moved to new premises. The new building boasts a large reception area with two training areas. We have two separate office rooms
along with an open plan office area. On the front of the building is a large
conservatory which we plan to use for staff and service user meetings.

 
With the new building we plan to have a monthly meeting of service users and their families to allow them more of a say in how they have care provision. This also serves us with a great opportunity to work more closely with service users and their families.
 
We think the new building will give us a massive boost in the ability to train our staff in house, no longer will staff be packed into small offices to receive training.
 
We wish to thank everyone who works for because without their hard work and dedication we would not be able to fulfil our service users needs in such an impeccable way. We wish to thank the Everycare head office too for their constant stream of information and assistance.
