Dear All,
 
Just a short note to bring you up to speed with what's been going on in 2009 and where we hope to be by the end of 2010. As you know we began re-franchising late 2008 and this year we have opened four new offices in Milton Keynes, Rugby the Isle of Wight and Swansea.
 
This has been in line with our objective of opening between three and four franchised operations each year with dedicated support from an existing franchisee. I'm pleased to say that we have some exceptional people joining the organisation who share our passion for the delivery of quality service in a market that all to often forgets how important this really is.
 
Looking forward, 2010 is already becoming busy. We have our first new office of the year due to open in March. This will be based in Winchester and cover the mid hampshire area. we also continue to receive large numbers of enquiries from prospective franchisees with several at a fairly advanced stage of research. I look forward to announcing some new additions later in the year!
 
Whilst we all accept that no business is totally immune to the economy as a whole, we are more fortunate than most to be trading in a business where we know that our market place will continue to grow for the foreseeable future. Most of you are still struggling to cope with the work you are offered!
