TOP MARKS FOR OUR SERVICE – IT’S OFFICIAL!

Like all registered domiciliary care providers, Everycare (Wessex) Ltd is legally required to comply with national minimum standards and is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC have a system of grading care and nursing service providers to make it easy for anyone considering purchasing such services to obtain a professional and subjective assessment covering all relevant aspects of their service. The grading system is:-
***       3 Stars – Excellent
**         2 Stars – Good
*          1 Star   - Adequate
            0 Stars – Poor

Our nursing services have always been, and continue to be, rated “3 stars – excellent”. 

For our domiciliary care services we have until recently been rated “2 stars – good” but we are delighted to announce that following our most recent CQC inspection we have now been rated as “3 stars – excellent”. 

To put this into context, there are currently 73 registered private and voluntary sector domiciliary providers in Dorset and just 5 of these, including Everycare, are rated “3 stars – excellent”. There are 11 registered private and voluntary sector nursing agencies in Dorset and just 3 of these, including Everycare, are rated “3 stars – excellent”. 

Everycare (Wessex) Ltd are currently the only dual registered provider in Dorset in the private and voluntary sectors to possess the dual accolade of being rated “3 stars – excellent” for both our services. 

We consider this to be especially important because, with the progressive development of Continuing Care, Palliative Care, and other forms of domiciliary based nursing, there is an inevitable integration and cross-over between our two regulated services. Our clients therefore have the assurance that both services are now recognised as meeting the very highest standards.
